Looking for authors to interview about covers

I am looking to run a series of author interviews this summer about their book cover on my blog Workaday Reads. I am looking for both authors who designed their own cover and authors who had others design the cover for them. If you are interested, please send me an email at helpersarah2009(at)gmail.com answering the one set of interview questions:
