ABANDONED. YA, Some sort of group of girls and there's a body in a lake at one point

Sorry for posting yet another one! This is one I read a long time ago, and I've been wracking my brains trying to figure this out. It's about a group of girls at a school, and one of them is called the "secretary" and takes notes in a book about everything. And there's this ominous sort of lake on the school, I think, and at some point there's a dead body in it. I think there was something about a bracelet in the lake, too? I'm not sure. I know this isn't much to go off of, but it was so long ago.
