It was one that was on GR recently and I thought I'd marked it to read but turns out I hadn't. I might have seen the ad about a week ago in the animated ad section on the right hand side while on my ereader (since I have adblock on my computer). Since it was a small window, I don't have a strong memory of the cover but it might have been red and brownish.

I think the book is adult but I'm not sure.
