Topic: Epic Fantasy, might my Young Adult

Comment: Believe it is a 2013 release, or end of 2012 release. As said in the topic it has a white cloaked figure on the cover crouching down. Believe there might have been a knife in the person's hand. It may have been about assassins.

(Sorry, I'm so vague. I went to click on the book when my Internet blacked out. That's the only info I got and I've been obsessed with finding this book.)
