'Really? What are you brother's names and what houses are they in?' she asked curiously...

'Nice' she smiled and showed two rows of pearly white teeth, 'I've got Elizabeth, Slade's got Alex who goes to Dumstang and Eliza who goes to the other witch school' she said...

'Yes, that's the one,' she said, 'Apparently, the Headmistress likes Hagrid' she whispered...

Charlotte nodded quickly, 'I know, apparently Hagrid's half-giant and she's, errr really tall'

((Gtg for fifteen Charlotte!))
(( okay! ))
'It's not really to do with height, there's speculation that she's; well part giant' Charlotte said, 'That's what Eliza said anyway'

Lydia smirked "Oh alright." she said scornfully "I don't want to be rude to a new friend but uh, wouldn't she be more-" she gestured around her midsection "Portly?"
'What exactly do you mean by portly?' Charlotte asked raising an eyebrow...

((So sorry for the late response I didn't realize you posted Chardriel :())
Justin walks in to the class room. "Hello Ms. Ferell, right. I am Justin Mandel."

"The way you acted did not bother me." He searched for the right words to express what he was thinking. "It was a refreshing change to speak with someone who is not afraid of me."
Professor Ferell appeared at their side before he could continue. She smiled sweetly at them, holding out two Ginger Newts.
"Why Thaddeus, you're early! For a change," she muttered the last part playfully. "Here. You two kids look like you could use a sweet."
He took the candy from her, chuckling softly. "Thank you, Professor." He leaned over to Reese when she was gone. "She always was my favorite professor."

Thaddeus considered this. He liked to think it was true that he was not judgmental, but rather accepting of others. He had never thought it fair, the way people assumed unflattering things about him; why should he put others through the same?
He liked things simple. It was why he usually kept to himself. But if someone opened up to him, making friendship possible...well...he would never deny the opportunity to get to know anyone.
Briefly, before class began, he ducked his head to express his thanks.
"I see strength in you also," he barely managed to whisper before Professor Ferell grabbed everyone's attention.

And then he turned to face the front, feeling the urge to kick himself. She did not really know him. Why would she want his help with anything?
He tried to focus on the professor, but his mind kept wandering. What were his strengths?

Soon class was over and Thad was the first one to stand. He offered a hand up to Reese.

As much as he wanted to follow, he had a meeting with the professor he had to stay for.

He shook his head. "The professor expressed a wish to see me after class. But, I will see you..." He wasn't sure exactly.
"Later." The tiniest smile.
