"She was trying to apologize for doing so, she was very for lack of a better word upset with that rumor." John said to her.

"I am always the hot topic of the school it seems that way every other week and well lets just say it is awful, and I will have a happy life with her and I thank you for wishing us to have one and I can understand your plight with Mel's actions but you must understand where she is coming from here." John said to her keeping his voice calm still.

John said to her keeping his voice calm still.

"You think your the only one who has it rough you think I don't know how you feel, well I do, I've seen my parent murdered I've seen my one of best friend murdered I am the last remaining jackal in my family I'm alone inthis world except for Mel so pardon me if i get over protective of her so when you say your life isn't in the best postion think of others lives before you say that it could be worse." John said his voice low.

"The reason I didn't confront you was because I didn't know Mel even was worried by that rumor before the great hall I didnt talk to her for at least a week because I thought she was cheating on me so sorry for not being informed on this little rumor I was a worried about the fact that my girlfriend maybe cheating on me!" John yelled back at her.

"When the time come you won't either." John said glaring at her.

"Well then all I have to say to that is have fun it gets worse." John stood up and left not caring about the teacher yelling at him as he left.
John ignored her and kept walking.

"No it's not because she is my girlfriend it's because I trust her." John said still walking.
"Okay no, sad yes, regretful of doing so yes, but I want to tell you something." John said looking at her now.
"If you're really curious about me and my past just ask Henry Thorn." John said and walked down stairs towards the library.

What did Henry know? she wondered.
Quickly running off light-footed she pondered what she'd heard.....
"Just ask him you'll see." And with that John left.

John was shocked "well then." He said to himself and kept walking not noticing the drawing in his pocket.

Charlotte came strolling into the classroom. She shared the same feelings as her sister: she didn't like Transfiguration but was excellent at it. She sat next to Lydia and took out her book and wand...

'Hi, Charlotte Hamilton, 3rd year Gryffindor' she said smiling, 'What's your name?' she said, closing her book thinking in her head it was the most boring thing in the world.

"I would have marked you out as a girl a year older." she complimented while experimentally flicking her wand over her pencil.
Charlotte shook her hand, 'You probably known my cousin; Skulduggery Wichlet then. He's a Slytherin but 7th year' she said...

Lydia withdrew it and placed it on the table fingers laid out over the edge, she looked like she was thinking "Tall...dark brown haired a little arrogant?" she asked with a smirk "Yes."
Charlotte nodded although she didn't want to get to close with this girl, 'What's your favorite subject? Mines either DADA or Potions. I disagree and loathe with Muggle Studies' she said...

'Because I have association with them whats so ever' she said cooly, 'Okay fine I don't hate the class, I just don't like muggles as much as wizards or witches. They killed my cousin.' she said simply...

'I know Lydia, but to this day forth I will never be associated with muggles' she said, 'My whole family's pure-blood. And I'm going to keep that the same' she read Lydia's mind, 'I'm guessing you're a muggle-born' she said...

'No it doesn't' said Charlotte, 'You're still a witch and a talented one. So I shall still respect and be your friend for that,' she said, turning to Lydia. She then gathered all her papers and books and stacked them upon the desk and didn't touch them for the whole lesson...

Wavy blond hair spilling down her back, she leaned forwards picketing her head on her knuckles and summer green eyes wide and intent on knowledge.
Charlotte thought for a moment; 'DADA or Potions. Out of those two, DADA' she said, smiling...

'Potions is far better than History or Arithmancy though. I'd rather be brewing a potion than sit writing boring notes about History especially with Professor Binns' said Charlotte...
Charlotte nodded, 'You're probably talking about Elizabeth or Liz' she said and then muttered, 'She's one annoying sister'

Charlotte nodded, 'Yep she probably is but I still love her the same. And yes, History of Magic is just not for me. To tell the truth, I only like lessons that involve lots of magic, I mean I hate writing things from a black-board. Mum always thinks you learn more from doing things than explaining things'
