"Thanks!" The bell rang loud and obnoxious. Mel got up from her seat and looked at John, "I have to go get my stuff before, you know..."

Anna came into Transfiguration and sat down at a desk near the middle of the room.
Artemis walked into the Transfiguration classroom, drawing her rosewood wand from the topknot her white-blonde curls were twisted into. Her hair fell about her shoulders as she sat down at a desk. Each desk was set with an apple. Artemis smiled a little- what spell would they learn this lesson?
Anna looked over and saw Artemis enter. She waved and smiled.
Artemis smiled up at Anna as she looked up from her desk.
"Today," Professor Ferell said brightly, "we will be carving apples with Diffindo! Do your best- show me you've been practising!"

Anna smiled at him then got out her wand of willow then pointed her wand at the apple. "Diffindo!" She said, and pointed her wand at her apple. The apple split into two pieces.
Artemis frowned up at Eriq. She had seen him before somewhere, she thought. She looked down at her apple.
"Diffindo," she whispered, flicked her wand in soft, curving motions. Chunks of flesh scraped away from the apple. A small puddle of juice appeared on the table as she carved the apple, chipping away smaller and smaller chunks, fashioning leaves from the white-pink flesh...
Until the apple had been carved into a rose. Artemis looked down at it in satisfaction. She didn't have that much artistic talent, but she was still pleased by the job.

Genevieve ran in out of breath, she had no idea Transfiguration was up next.Taking a seat she spotted her friends and called out hellos....

Genevieve laughed "Exploding, my specialty." pulling out her rowan wand she said calmly "Diffendo!" her apple spun in the air and as the spinning ceased the apple was neatly carved, glowing she tried once more and the apple splattered her face, she shook her head and waving her wand cleared the mess...

Genenvieve spoke in a undertone "If you know the dueling incident Bellaire you might want to ditch that."
Artemis raised an eyebrow at the snake he had carved. He wasn't as bad as she had thought.

"Duelling?" she said quietly. "Who was duelling? I've been hearing that there was a duel between Lilli Shanon and someone else..."

"Immobulus!" she said sharply, freezing the snake. Her face was pale as she turned to Gen.
"Nothing," she said, smiling a little. "Why would it be wrong..." Her voice trailed off, her lips parted. "Is...is Lilli a nice girl, Gen?"

Wisteria Godwin walked into Transfiguration. Fiona Ferral smiled at the petite fourteen-year-old and smiling back Wisteria took a seat and pulled out her long rosewood wand....
Becca walked into the classroom and took out her previous sketch from the Art Room where she was interrupted. "It's turning out to be gorgeous," she whispered to herself.
John ran into class just in time he breathes a sigh of relief before noticing Becca 'might as well try to smooth things over.' John thought walking over and sitting next to her.
'Speaking of the devil...' She thought to herself. She gave no sign of notice.
"And again you ignore me yet I haven't the faintest idea why you do so." John said knowing he wouldn't get and answer.
"You should ask your girlfriend. She seemed to be showing you off like a trophy," she scoffed. She shaded her rose and then finished the sketch. She took another piece of parchment, and started thinking about something nice to draw for Eriq.
