Tricia Edwards | 9 comments My Sister the Serial Killer by Oyinkan Braithwaite. This is a very different type of psychological thriller. It's more about the bond Ayoola and Korede have as sisters. It was recommended via Facebook and a good book to discuss in bookclubs.

Tricia Edwards | 9 comments I've just finished The Thousands Lights Hotel by Emylia Hall which was set in Tuscany with links to Italy. What a lovely picturesque setting that looked at loyalty, secrets and relationships. The characters were vivid, strong and yet showed their vulnerability. Well worth reading. Great for bookclubs.

MJ American Tabloid - James Ellroy. It's a struggle at the moment. I'm not familiar with the type of prose that is used in this book...the plot is good though...i'll keep going for a while and see.

Night was very difficult to read, as I'm sure it was to write, but I'm glad he did write it.

I loved What We Keep! It also moved me to tears at times.
