A new cupcake is coming,
so keep your eyes wide!
This new cupcake is bouncing,
with pep and with pride!
To earn it, your sharp eyes
will have to look close,
to spot all differences
in multiple puzzles we post!
Those big books, the thick ones,
with so many pages...
with this cupcake they'll count more.
It'll double their wages!

Your names have been added under the "blinkie"I have divided them into the weeks the book started. If I missed anyone, please advise.cupcake's column.

You'll start off with "sneaky,"
and ninja behavior...
Make it to "snoopy"
and a cupcake you'll savor!
PUZZLE #48 - Doublet from “Sneaky to Snoopy”
Please DO NOT post solution here. Mail to ratminichallenges@gmail.com With Puzzle # in subject line. Be sure to tell me what Team you are assigned, though I have most of you memorized!
Doublets are word-link puzzles first created by Lewis Carroll. Changing only one letter at a time, and using the clues along the side, go from “sneaky” to “snoopy”... or vice versa!

From “sneaky” to “snoopy”:
SNEAKY
- furtive or stealthy persons
- high-quality beef taken from the hindquarters of the animal (pleural)
- places or roles that someone or something should have or fill (pleural)
- riding horses
- soak (food or tea) in water or other liquid so as to extract its flavor or to soften it***
- spherical gram-positive bacteria occurring in pairs or chains
- device, typically a strip of leather, for sharpening straight razors***
- bend one's head or body forward and downward
- Investigate or look around furtively in an attempt to find out something***
SNOOPY
***3rd person singular present

What is the “bouncing” cupcake?~ What is the “bouncing” cupcake? ~

Unlike the other cupcakes (regular and “blinkie”) which give you the advantage of reducing the number of books required to complete a challenge, the “bouncing” cupcake will actually add one additional book - for each pic - to your Team's book total for any “chunkster” read by a team-mate.
What’s the catch? No cupcakes until the series is all completed!
“Bouncing” cupcakes

Options: Different members of your Team may submit the different puzzles; you may all work together; you may have just one person submit. You may submit as many times as you like, until you get the puzzle correct.
“Bouncing” cupcakes may only be obtained during a Mod posted challenge or Read-a-Thon. However, if you do NOT complete the series of puzzles within the time-frame of the challenge, you may continue to attempt to complete it when a new Mod posted challenge or R-a-T is started again, as long as you have completed at least the first in the series.
When submitting a “bouncing” cupcake, you may select any “chunkster” book read by one of your team-mates since April 12th, the beginning of Round II.
There will be a special thread posted for you to redeem your “bouncing” cupcakes for easier tracking.
SPECIAL NOTE: “Bouncing” cupcakes will NOT be accepted on Sundays, the day of the infamous "Sunday Update." (Pacific Daylight/Savings Time)

1. How often will these puzzles be posted?
2. How many per day?
3. How many in a series?
4. Is it one bouncing cupcake per team or per player?

Can a number of regular or blinkie cupcakes be exchanged for a bouncing cupcake? Such as 7 regular cupcakes = 1 bouncing cupcake, etc..

1. How often will these puzzles be posted?
Depending on what else is happening in the threads. However, we plan one a day, except Sundays.
2. How many per day?
One per day, barring migraines.
3. How many in a series?
Varies.
4. Is it one bouncing cupcake per team or per player?
One correct pic submitted per Team; therefore, one (eventual) "bouncing" cupcake per Team per pic.

Can a number of regular or blinkie cupcakes be exchanged for a bouncing cupcake? Such as 7 regular cupcakes = 1 bouncing cupcake, etc.."
Hmmmm... something to think about... but right now, no.

Fifteen cover pieces for you to direct!
Post a good screenshot, a cupcake you'll collect!
PUZZLE #49: - Fifteen piece Slider puzzle is here. (Behind Enemy Lines: Tickle Me Pink's Eni) - Okay to post in thread. Please take a screen print and show the "Very good, you win." box. Please do NOT just post the bookcover.

That bouncing cupcake makes me hungry. It needs to bounce into my stomach. Well, not that one, it's just digital...but a real one.
