8/5/13 - Tortured Hero shelf - - 5 stars

This is one addictive series. This time Dex and Perry find themselves outside a small town in the Canadian Rockies looking for Bigfoot for their internet series Experiment in Terror. Snow, Rockies, llamas, and an isolated cabin in the woods....I could not put this book down. Lots of AHHHHHHHH moments and Dex and Perry move their relationship along a bit.

Review:

As you can see, I changed my book. Not that it matters much lol. I just couldn't get through the audio of Anna Dressed in Blood. It was awful, but then again other people really liked it *shrug*.

I really enjoyed this book. I laughed a lot and that always makes for a good book. I especially loved all the t-shirt and bumper sticker quotes. I like snarky heroines too. I'm intrigued by Reyes. I have a thing for bad-boys. And he is swoon worthy and scary at the same time. I'm looking forward to reading more of this series. And now some of my favorite quotes...there are a ton! so I'll only post a few :)

“My fore-parts, as you so ineloquently put it, have names." I pointed to my right breast. "This is Danger." Then my left. "And this is Will Robinson. I would appreciate it if you addressed them accordingly.”

“I pointed in the general vicinity of my left ovary, "This is Beam Me Up." Then to my right. "And this is Scotty." Garret chuckled and buried his face in his hands. He asked.”
