I definitely agree with you Melina Altered and Tandem look awesome! I'm also waiting for One Tiny Lie but the book I'm wanting the most right now is Kinslayer.

August releases that I'm stoked for:
I have a bunch of others that I'm awaiting their release, but I haven't read the prior books in the series so I can't say that I'm "excited" for the release, as much as keeping track so when I do finally read the others, I know there's a current release :)

I adore her Women of the Otherworld series. I still need to read the final book.
I really liked her first YA series as well, but haven't read the second one.

Geez, buying a unknown book/author for 7 figures. Seriously? I'm not sure, this is likely to be incredibly overhyped. "It all depends. The money is hot for books like GOT right now. THE SELECTION by Kiera Cass was a book with big figures, too, but it wasn't the mega-hit that Harper thought it would be. ACROSS THE UNIVERSE by Beth Revis and MATCHED by Ally Condie were also books with huge deals, if I recall correctly, and both have done well.
I'm personally glad the $$$ is in high fantasy atm. It's my favorite genre!

I might as well just clear my schedule for a couple hours next Tuesday so I can devour this thing. I LOVED it. But I'm obsessed with that series. It's different from book 1 but no less magical.
