I love it so far! Too bad I haven't had much time to read lately. I'm in chapter 10.
Up until now, like you said, it's been pretty depressing :( I want to scream! It was gruesome when Dean killed whoever that guy was with a chainsaw. That compound is really turning type O people into animals. It was a bit hard for me at first trying to remember all their names.
I know, I liked the first chapter when he gave a run down of who was who and wherebut I'm still don't remember all the kids or their ages perfectly :)

I'm in chapter 12. So in chapter 11, the compound made them sleep together?!?! And I think Jake is trouble that he's on drug again.
It was kinda funny in a sad way when Alex thought about composting ... If the sun ever comes back, maybe this will be the best farmland ever.Who wants compost from human bodies?
In chapter 23. I had to stop last night when it got too emotional. I cried so hard! I'm finishing it soon :)

Right! Is it weird that I enjoyed that book so much while it was so depressing??? At least I'm not the only one :DI loved that something finally worked out for them. It was so heartbreaking that they had to face such hardship when they were just children.
Did you cry? I cried when Josie had to take off her mask to help Max (and a few more scenes). I hope she's going to be find.

Also Dean and the chainsaw murder...gross! How does one live with something like that? Nightmares forever?
I'm at the point where Jake just got back and Dean and Astrid had sex...perfect timing! LOL
