You will love the books! I've only read the first three and can't wait to start the next, I'm also a fan of the show
Matthew wrote: "Starting Needful Things for the first time."Needful Things definitely has to be one of my favourite King Novels. I even read it twice which I never do!
Raafia wrote: "finishing Dracula. its fun! :P"Yes I am very fond of it too.
If you haven't already, I suggest you read Salem's lot after it. It's based on it.
Matthew wrote: "Yeah, I'm really enjoying it. Already halfway through!"Wow, you're flying through it! That's awesome, Matthew! I haven't read it since high school (I'm 33,) but the plan is to re-read it something this year. I'm really looking forward to it!

thanks. i'll surely do. infact,i've made up my bookshelf, and Salem's lot is in it.
I have a full list of books that I have started but put back on the shelf, but I've recently just picked up 'The Night Circus' again. It's pretty good. Slow, but good. And I'm actually about to go out this morning (once Mr. K's Used Books opens) and buy 'The Fault in Our Stars'. Everyone has been yelling at me to read it, it seems like a short book and it actually does look pretty good.
I'm kind of excited to read that. :)
(I'm also currently reading 'Bag of Bones' as well. I was going to leave that out since this is 'non-King' but decided against it)

Oooh, I am completely in awe of Anne Rule's The Stranger Beside Me!

You can include the King books you're reading here too :) I love Bag of Bones, it's one of my favourites.
I'm reading I am Legend

I really liked I am Legend and Other Stories. I thought it was so much better than the movie. That book was in a combination along with Hell House, which I loved. I thought Hell House was one of the best scary books I have read.

      I finally started reading

last night and am hooked already! I feel like I'm going to be living this book for a while though due to it's enormous size!

Just started Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov.A huge departure for me,but i am really enjoying mr Nabokov's mind bending, alliteration galore prose.
      Just started Thinner

looks good so far.(edit)Finished Thinner it was a pretty good read though not one of King's absolute best.
About halfway through After Visiting Friends: A Son's Story, a nonfiction book that revolves around a mysterious death. It's ok.

I'm reading The Long Walk, I'm on chapter 9. I also just finished Ender's Game, and I'll be reading Divergent as soon as I'm done TLW. I love dystopian fiction.

The Long Walk is the best book by far written under Bachman pseudonym.Hope you enjoy it.

I much preferred Rage myself. I thought Rage was really something special. But The Long Walk, which I just finished was quite good!
Tanya wrote: "I much preferred Rage myself. I thought Rage was really something special. But The Long Walk, which I just finished was quite good!"To each his own but Rage seemed like the weakest of the lot to me.A good idea but a listless execution.
Daniel wrote: "After much procrastinating, I've finally started "a game of thrones". 300 pages in and I love it"Its a great read! Enjoy :)
I started off with Skeleton Crew

. Just finished reading the first story

it was good but the movie was better.
