I'm reading The Queen's Gambit by Walter Tevis because I liked the series so much. The book is even better. Of course, I shouldn't be surprised.

I'm reading Off Season by Jack Ketchum, which is a limited, illustrated, signed edition I got in a Stephen King bundle from Dark Regions Press. I don't know why I shelved it and never read it, but it is very good and very, very dark!!

I'm reading 2 books due back at the library soon. New books, so they're only 2 week borrows. I'll see if i can find my copy of the Stand.
I am jealous you're reading it 1st time ! I have a clear memory of the opening scene and thinking , oh boy, this is gonna be good !
