If I make anymore comments before I get home tonight, they'll be generic or I'll simply type SPOILER.

Have a safe drive!!!

I'm so glad he stayed with Attia. I don't think he is as mad at Finn as he thinks. I just think he needs his anger to fuel him going...I think he's jealous but secretly a little glad Finn is out - he just wants out too.
LOL I love that he dressed like a pirate from the children's nursery!

I love Attia. she is just amazing and strong woman.
she has been through SO MUCH and has just fought, tooth and nail, to survive
and she is still feisty but level headed
I hope Keiro swallows his pride and finally sees her as an equal. She is so kickass! LOL!

and chapter 28!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
OMG!!!!
(speechless!!!)

It's SOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!

I can't wait until you are done! I have so many questions!!!
let me know when you're home! LOL! so much to talk about!!!!!

Okay, WOW!!! SO Much happened in the last few chapters, almost too much!! I am so glad that Jared is (view spoiler) That makes sense to me. How about you?
I love that even though due to some of the responses from some of the characters we can't be (view spoiler)
If I understand it correctly, everyone is basically (view spoiler)
I am SO glad that the Queen and the Pretender (view spoiler)
I am going to give it 5 stars even though I still am unsure of some things. I think that was obviously the author's plan because nothing in life is black and white and clear cut (or at least few things).

Okay, so
Jared - do you think he really was the first Sapphique?? Or that he gained that knowledge from the library and then was able to find a way to take on a new body and become Sapphique???
ha! that was my big big question!!! Do you think Giles is Finn??
I agree. I think he is. I think the dad asked her not to ask him because he didn't want to confess the "sin" or wrong he did against Giles, not that he didn't do it.
but I hate that she questioned it
but WOW, it kept throwing me how much Finn lied!!! Who knew how skilled he was with words and that he learned to tell so many lies for protection....
Ugh, I know it's wrong but I'm so glad time caught up with Sia. SOMETHING needed to be done about her. She was cruel and I'm glad she got her just dues!
And what do you think??? Which one was Incarceron? Which one was the small charm on a watch band?? It sounded like Incarceron (the prison) wasn't really on the watch band if they just crawled out into the other room? Did you get that feeling too? I was so confused and yet totally sucked in! LOL!
I absolutely loved this one.
I like to believe that Attia and Keiro ultimately got together and that Keiro and Attia helped them rule the worlds :)

I do think that Jared was the first Sapphique, which makes sense as to why he was so invested in finding the portal and knowing what was going on.
I thought the same thing about Claudia's dad. I think he is smug and likes to have the upper hand, but I had confidence in Finn being Giles the entire time. I was going to be TICKED if he wasn't! LOL
Sia, yes, I got "my" revenge and was so happy to see her go out like that!!! So glad she was exposed and everyone knows that she's a liar, manipulator, and totally evil.
Okay, I guess I missed something because I don't understand your question about which was Incarceron. What did I miss? Was there another Incarceron? LOL I guess I was more confused that I thought. LOL BUT as you said, I LOVED it anyway!!

only the inner circle knew that it wasn't...it was a prison
but.....when Incarceron drained the power to make the body BOTH words lost power - the magic that was in Claudia's world drained and the building and the people were shown to be old and crumbling....the only power and structure left were the poor...which is where they were headed at the end. Because they were used to using candle light and living with no windows and other "fancy" things.
So, those in Claudia's world were living the proposed fantasy....the perfect world but it wasn't real....and it crumbled when Incarceron crumbled.
But then they talked about the Stars so I assume the stars ARE real and Claudia's world is the "real" but I think it's really....a prison within a prison.
I think it's like Jared/Sapphique said. Maybe claudia's world is ALSO just a charm on someone's stopwatch. And there is another world out there.
How crazy is that to think?! phew! this one is complex ;p

Is Jared a reincarnation of Sapphique or his resurrection without any memory or did he come from the Prison with his memory erased or Jared really is Sapphque pretending not to know him and having hallucinations and that the body of the Prison was just based on him? If Jared is not related at all to Sapphique, then how come they look alike? Please make a third book! Will there be any chance that you'll be writing a novella about Jared or Keiro, perhaps?
Wow. Tricky. Jared and the Prison have merged to create something we could call Sapphique. They both have all their memories and personality. I just wanted this idea of a conflated being. Jared does look a little like the way Sapphique is described, but I didn't think of him as a reincarnation, though now you mention it, it's possible...
No plans for novellas at present though, as I'm writing the Chronoptika set.

Hello, Ms. Fisher! I'm a very big fan of your books Incarceron and Sapphique, and with all due respect, may I ask how Jared was saved in the end? The question entered my mind after seeing a question which you answered with a phrase saying "Jared is saved." And is Jared really Sapphique or Sapphique only like a host for the Prison and another person to inhabit? Thank you!
I think I meant that Jared is saved from his illness which would have killed him very soon. Now he and the prison share a body, and that dual natured creature is Sapphique.
It seemed a good way of bringing both of them what they needed at the end of the book.

I don't think Jared will have lost his identity- he's a strong-minded man. As for his vision of Sapphique, maybe it was delerium, maybe Sapphique spoke to him... who knows.
The key that unlocks the heart is love. It also runs the universe, according to the Dante quote at the start of the book.

but he's always flying. ugh, so many unanswered questions. maybe one day we WILL get book 3 :D
don't miss my post on Message 68 :D we were posting at the same time lol

only the inner circle knew that it wasn'..."
Haha! I guess there is quite a bit we will never know/understand completely. Even Fisher in her answers says things like, "I think I mean" and "It isn't clear, so you can feel free to think what you want."
