Penny | 99 comments I got a K :(, and roll a 4 & 5
4. Female Author (first, middle, or last name; no initials)
5. Male Character Name

Help please!!!!, I got some ideas for 4, but need a Male Character, a one book option is more that welcome. No paranormal nor dystopia.

One that came to mind immediately was Mr. Knightley from Emma. If you're a Jane Austen fan, though, you've probably already read it!

message 60: by Penny (new)

Penny | 99 comments Yes I've read it, no plans of a reread for now.

Partially in answer to Sarah's question, and partially as a question of my own...

can autobiographies be used? Like if she read Angela's Ashes - Frank McCourt is the author, but he's also the main character since it is a biography. Would that work? (Ignoring the page count in this case, since I'm pretty sure that book is too short).

message 64: by Dee (new)

Dee (austhokie) | 8947 comments Yes you can - no restrictions on fiction/non-fiction

message 81: by Donna Jo (new)

Donna Jo Atwood | 2412 comments I'd like to read Regency Buck for my male character P. The character is Peregrine Taverner, who is not the lead, but he's more than a secondary character. The plot revolves around threats against his life as he's ready to come of age. (Well, there's also the love story between his sister and his guardian.)

message 82: by Dee (new)

Dee (austhokie) | 8947 comments That sounds good - I've read and remember him playing a sig. Role

message 83: by Donna Jo (new)
