Number in Series: Book 4: Fallen Angels by J R Ward
Pages in Book: 480

Your date/time stamp really messed with my mind, Lisa, since it's only 10:30am on May 19 here. Then I remembered you're halfway around the world LOL Guess I'd better get used to that, since son and his wife are moving to Okinawa in a couple of weeks!

The Last Colony
Old Man's War #3

320 pages
I am hoping to finish one more book today.

I have finished my third book.
My number TWO:
The Sea of Monsters
Percy Jackson and the Olympians # 2

279 pages

Completed: 19 May at about 1PM
O'Malley Series #1
379 pages
Weekends are not especially good reading times for me. Hope to get more done for this starting tomorrow.

I'd LOVE to read more, pesky real life responsibilites and all that. I finish a book every 3-5 days depending on the page number. Sometimes 2 if i get hooked!

Keep on reading! I'll update the scoreboard tomorrow morning when I update the team spreadsheet :)

My number TEN:
Frostbitten
Women of the Otherworld # 10

339 pages
This is a re-read from one of my favourite series.
If I get that far my books number 6, 7 and 9 will most likely also be re-reads.

I'm working on my second book,

For a break I'm also reading my #3 which is

The Secret of the Old Clock by Carolyn Keene
Nancy Drew Mysteries #1

180 pages

Love Lies Bleeding (China Bayles #6), by Susan Wittig Albert
finished 11:55am, Tuesday, May 21
I now have books #4 and 5 in my possession, so one of those will be up next :)

I have the next 9 books for the challenge. Hopefully I can get through at least half of them!

Thanks Barb!
Oh, I will. I chose to try to finish a whole series. I picked one that I had the most books left to read and would help me with the Decade Challenge.

Thanks Steven. That's two down then, No 2 and No 4. Onto a book 1 series now.

This is a highly acclaimed and very popular read that may fit the bill.

Thomas keneally is also an author that does Australian history fiction. He also wrote Schindler's list...
Peter Corris and Peter Carey are other authors that springs to mind.

My number SIX:
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
Harry Potter #6

Another re-read from one of my favourite series.
607 pages

Make, Take, Murder (Kiki Lowenstein #4), by Joanna Campbell-Slan
finished 11:58pm, Wednesday, May 22

My number SIX:
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
Harry Potter #6

Such a different cover from what I'm used to seeing:

I had already started this book when Steven posted the challenge so now I am going to have to backtrack in numbers I guess...nothing like doing it the hard way but hey that is so me!!! lol

As long as the numbers are consecutive, it doesn't matter where it starts!

Yeah, I just keep forgetting that :) Here in the US, the covers are all rather bold colors:

Larceny and Old Lace (Den of Iniquity #1), by Tamar Myers
finished 2:30pm, Thursday, May 23
and I really didn't care for the book! I've read some of Myers' other series, the PA Dutch books with Magdalena Yoder, but I was getting tired of Magdalena's crankiness, so a few different friends suggested reading this series instead. IMO, the main character is just as cranky and nasty as Magdalena! I rarely stop a series after book #1, but this might be one of my exceptions.

On the Bright Side, I'm Now the Girlfriend of a Sex God by Louise Rennison
Confessions of Georgia Nicolson #2
Finished May 23, 2013 @ 2:00pm
243 pages
I am a bit embarrassed to admit to reading this series!

Evana, I've heard Ken Follett's work is AMAZING. What did you think of it?
I have quite a few long books (700+ pages) waiting for me... Long books aren't helping us challengewise at the pace that I read. If I read as fast as you, I'd be golden... but I need to get to them soon. X)
And as for you, Karla, there is no judgment. If you look at the other team shelves, a VERY LARGE portion of what all these people are reading are romance (and a lot of it is DIRTY lol). :)

I'm exhausted too. I also just realized it's 6pm and I haven't eaten a thing all day!
