Warner's name is AARON and Adam is his brother and Aaron can withhold Juliette's power and that's what makes him perfect for her, but she doesn't go to him because she'd feel trapped until Adam places her hand on Kenji and nothing happens and she realizes that she can control her powers and Kenji's like "Go get him". Typical Kenji.

Adam turns out to be a total ass. And Aaron takes Juliette to see his sick mum, who is the opposite to J because she feels pain when she is touched and J inflicts pain when she touches. Then Aaron tells her that he didn't want to use her as a weapon, but as a tool to figure out to save his mum. He only said she would be used as a weapon to convince his ass of a dad, to break her out of jail, therefore sending Adam to make sure she wasn't cray-cray.

When I first read Shatter Me, I really disliked Juliette, because she clung to Adam. I didn't like either Adam or Warner either. I guess I liked Adam because I saw him through Juliette's eyes, but Warner had more substance. This is the only book I've read where I had a COMPLETE turn around in my perspective and opinion of a character. I love Warner by the end of Ignite Me, because he is such a complicated character, and you really see his development by the end of the series. So glad and dragged myself through the first two books, because the end makes the whole series better.

At first, I thought Adam, but as the story progressed and I got through the 2nd and 3rd book, I went completely over to Warner. Adam just became such a drama queen towards the end lol, and I really grew to dislike him. Warner was so complex and turned out to be such a compelling character. So team Warner all the way.

Honestly, Adam was hot in Shatter Me, but the second half romance was pretty boring. Now, I didn't really think much of Warner in the first book but MY GOSH OVARIES EXPLODE the second to last book had me head over heels in love (or obsessed, you know whichever comes first XD). He is without a doubt one of the sexiest male book characters I have ever had the pure pleasure of reading. I even went through withdrawal a couple of months after lol. So yeah TEAM WARNER FOR LIFE

I thought that Adam was the best, because in the first book, Warner is a sadistic psycho who doesn't care about other people. It was kind of gross when Juliette kisses him to get his weapon and thinks she's falling in love with this guy who's only ever used her for his own sick ends, ex. torturing a toddler.

However, in the second book, he becomes more sympathetic, but I still can't see the sociopathic torturer of the first book with the hurt, damaged guy we're supposed to pity in the second as the same person. So go team Adam.

Aah, but in the third book, it turns out that the toddler incident was actually a simulation and he only needed Juliette to find a cure for his totally sick mother. He only came up with the "massive weapon of torture" to fool his father into "giving" him her. Also Adam turns into a complete ass, and tells Juliette that he preferred her better dead.

Oh, well, I still haven't read the 3rd book yet. If Adam turns into a complete jerk in the 3rd book, I say that the author switches the characters' personalities around way too much. First, Warner is the psycho bad guy and Adam is the sweet guard. Then, Adam is the sweet guard and Warner is the damaged psycho with a bunch of tattoos and emo poetry. And now Adam's the bad guy and Warner is... what?

WARNER!!! Not only is he so hot and attractive in the first book but later on he turns out to also be sweet and loving. Adam is a nice guy too but he should probably see someone other than Juliette because she has changed a lot throughout the series and she no longer needs to be dependent on him or any guy. She can kick butt on her own. Frankly she doesn't have to be with anyone. I mean if things don't work out between her and Warner I would be happy to take him off her hands.
