BTW - Spencer Hill is #2567 if you needed that.
Also, Eloisa James's book is a historical romance novel.
Your schedules are awesome, Hannah! I need to figure out how to transfer my excel docs into Google docs, then I'll share too.
Glad to see that I'm not the only one confused by all the Sylvia Day stuff. I read in PW that Afterburn will be a galley drop, and that's a Harlequin book. So, I think it's resonable to assume that at least one of those Harlequin time slots is a signing. Perhaps the other is just a galley drop?

I had read she was signing Entwined on Facebook somewhere, so I just tweeted her and she confirmed it! She didn't say which time, but since it's published by Berkley (which is Penguin), I'm assuming it's the Penguin In-Booth signing on Saturday at 10 am? Unless the Reflected In You listing for the autographing area was a mistake and it was supposed to be Entwined?

I know most of you have probably seen that, but maaaan I honestly forget how I was able to do half the signings I wanted to do last year!

Then change privacy settings to view only from anonymous people who have the link that way someone doesn't actually go in and hurt your spreadsheet and there you have it.

I am trying to remember how I did it too... It's something you get in the moment I guess lol
If I remember correctly, I didn't. If I got the book in a galley drop I typically skipped the signing, especially for arcs.

They will have the full schedule for both in-booth signings and autographing area signings (right now just the autographing area signings are up, but supposedly the rest will be up tomorrow). You can view a list with all the authors or all the books, or view it by day/time. I have the full list in a spreadsheet if you want me to email it to you - just send me an email - BookcaseLaura (at) gmail.com.
Some booths will have planned galley drops - others will just put them out randomly or give you a schedule on that day.
If you read the messages in some of the other threads in this group, you'll get a lot of that information.

Both. I print a copy to take, but I also can access my google docs on an app I have on my phone, plus I have the BEA mobile app on my phone which has everything I picked on the website in it.

Seeing other people's schedule is fascinating to me. I love seeing what's important to other people. LOL
I love stalking other people's schedules, too! Especially pretty ones that're all color-coded and whatnot. ;)
Here's mine; it's a little messy and I'm still working on it, but whatever! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/c...
Btw: is there a way to sort by time that DOESN'T put 1:00 signings before 10:00 ones?

Bleh, that's no good. Guess I'll just have to do it by hand! (Also, I've fixed the sharing options, lol! I think anyone can view it now, not just me. Right?)

Put an apostrophe in before you enter your time. So, you would enter '1:00 and '10:00. The spreadsheet program will delete the apostrophe on its own and enter the time as typed.

You can also do a custom sort and type in the times in the order you want yourself separated by commas and then hit sort. i.e. 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, etc...

I don't plan on hitting everything so some of what's there is just so I'm aware of what's going on in case I come to a line I don't want to tackle, etc.

LOL Tab trust me several of my roommates and friends do it this way and they seem perfectly ah scrambled just like those of us who organize XD

I like scrambling, it is fun and exciting. Tabitha, I don't exactly plan every single second of my time a the Javits either so it's no biggie :P
