Average Rating Needs to be Recalculated

The average rating on our book is 3.83. However, the ratings we have are three 3 star, five 4 star, and three 5 star. At one time, we received a 2 star rating which was removed (we assume by the reader because it was there one day and gone the next). We think it is affecting the rating even though it is gone. Could someone please fix this? Thank you very much.
