I don't know how long you/Montambo/Steve have been moderating the Haters Club, but if this is the first message of its kind to you, "bombardment" may not be quite accurate. Hope this makes you feel better.
BTW, when did this forum start up?(And, come to that, how? I've actually been wondering this for the last few days.)

Steve made up The Haters Club. He was the only moderator for awhile, but he doesn't come around as often as he did at first, so he made me and Tesse moderators (because we're both real-life friends of his and we're both stacked--these were his words). Then there was this big blow-up with this lady named Carlie and he booted her out of the club and dropped me and Tessa as mods so that we wouldn't let her back in. Or something. It's still a little unclear. Then the Haters yelled at him and he reinstated me, but Tesse never came back! He says it's not because of him, though. Then he added Nick because Nick is evil (suck it EvilNick!).

I remember Carlie. I missed out on the shenanigans, but she made me nervous.
She was insane, judgmental and full of misinformation (but sure that she knew it all). She'd deliberately antagonize and then, when called on it, act wounded and confused. Over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.
For awhile Carlie graced us with her presence at True North, I still can't figure that woman out. She tried to behave with more intelligence, in other words when she was called out on her provocations, she would back up and pretend ignorance as if she wanted to be enlightened. She LOVED BunWat! KNOCK ON WOOD she hasn't shown up lately. KNOCK ON WOOD numerous times!Sarah, Steve dropped you and Tess (where the hell did she disappear to anyway?) because he didn't want you to have any responsibility for the booting of Carlie!
Yes, that's right. Tesse is working on her thesis or something. And Carlie really got under her skin. So she quit us! The nerve!
*gasp* Tesse quit because of Carlie? Oooooh now I hate her even more.

I will admit that I think you're a tad harsh toward him -- his behavior is reprehensible, but he clearly wants to be a good person and I think there's every possibility that he will be someday. But what can I say -- your opinion is your own, and you have a right to it, uncharitable though it is.
