Like I said, I was falling asleep in front of my laptop. ☺ Fixed that, and I will be working on the rest of the days in a little bit.
Tea, thanks for adding that list for not playing members to the spreadsheet. It will be helpful if more members decide during the month to participate. I am working on redeeming chunksters today, so we maybe we will move up on the list next week.

Any other ideas to add/change?
It looks good to me for right now. Maybe I will see something once we start actually assigning books to a challenge.
I just figured there must be something wrong with us Hobbits. ☺Did you know there is only one team that is reading more books than us in September? And there whole team is playing!
OK, Mango Tango is also whole-team-more-books-than-us, but they are not playing challenges version.
Our team is also not as evenly divided as some teams. We have members who read a lot and members who read not so much and not so many in between. It just so happens that, on our team, the ones who read the most are so challenge addicted they can't help themselves from doing everything. :)
Addicted?! Nope! I have no idea what you're talking about. I'm not addicted!. Not at all.How can you even think something like that?!
*looks at you in shock*
OK, OK, of course we're not addicted. Maybe addicted would be 100 challenges going all at once. I amonly up to.......99. :P I see you've met my enabler as well.

Enabler is at work again...
I think we need to stage an intervention for Melissa. ☺
I think maybe we can aim for 42 books to fit into the Book a Day challenge. This is the most we would need to have 1/3 of our books fit into the challenge if everybody was participating. That way if someone decides at the last minute to join the challenge, it will be easy for us just to slot them into alphabet or spell out challenges.I will have another set of 3 different trilogies finished by the end of next week.
All right, I'll update the thread when I get back home tonight. I was there this morning when I did the updates, but now I am going to be on my phone for the next few hours.
Jojiwoji PMed me - she will lower her goal more. Probably to 100 or maybe 95.Real life is interfering with her reading and GR time. ☺
Ok. I was starting to wonder, but she wasn't too drastically behind. I know I have had reading spurts where I will read a lot of books at once and then a period of time when I don't feel like reading anything.

But she said her end-of-the-year exams are coming up and she won't be able to read much.

We'll change it when we see her do so; she is still at 110.

Hi Caps, I'm reading Ender's Game and really want to read the series; however I'm seeing different info on the names and # of books in the series. Can someone help? I just want to read the novels. Thanks.
This Ender' Saga page might be the most helpful for you. It is a little confusing since it seems the books may have started out as short stories and then expanded into books. I think you want the ones that have listed (Ender's Saga and a whole number) as the series.Did you want to participate in the Read-a-thon that started yesterday and runs through Oct 19th? As long as the book will count towards the team if finished, you do not need to finish your book, just keep track of any pages read and keep us updated. In this one even partial books read will count. Although the mods want you to set a page goal to reach, it is just for you and you don't have to reach it. Just read as much as you can. Here is a link to the official page Read like a Banshee.
Tea- thanks for posting all those chunksters. I wasn't going to get to them until today. Dog is going to Doggie Day Care and I have all day at home on my wifi.
No problem. I was trying to stop TMP for getting ahead of us, but it didn't work :(BTW, we need to start reading big books. We are out.
I plan to start Dragonfly in Amber soon. But have mostly smaller books planned for the read a thon to get lots of pages read. I'll see if I can find more.

I'll work on filling in the spreadsheet since you've done it all here. ☺
