I'm reading Outliers by Malcom Gladwell.
The story starts off with a guy moving in a small city/town in Itally to the United States. He says "more than a dozen factories sprang up making blouses for the garment trade". This is meaningful because he can be a leader and people look up to him as a leader. I do my best to be a leader and not a follower and to act as a rolemodel.
