Luke pouted. "you're no fun." He whined, as he glanced around the store, possibly looking for something with a five finger discount.

While Maria got the change for the gas three men walked in, all with their hoods up. One of them walked up by Maria at the counter and looked at the clerk. He pulled out a pistol, aiming it toward the cashier, "I want all the money in the register". Maria backed away from the counter, looking at Luke
Luke was already glaring at the men. He looked into Maria's eyes and nodded, basically tryingto tell that they should save the poor clerk. He his behind a shelf and turned to wind, he knocked the pistol out of the first guy's hand.
Maria's eyes turned their signature electric blue as she activated her powers. She controlled the shadow s of the three men and restrained them. The clerk had jumped back into the wall of lottory tickets and the men were yelling and struggling in their dark restraints.
Luke reappeared and punch the guy that had the pistol hard. "dumbass!" He glared before looking back st the clerk. "you okay?"(what if one if the other guts also has a gun and shoots Luke somewhere non fatal?)
((They're all restrained, how would they shoot?))

Maria looked over at the terrified clerk, "you should probably call the cops now." The clerk slowly nodded and reached for the phone.Maria looked around the station, looking for anything to restrain the robbers with other than her shadows.
Luke looked out the window if the station and waved at Matt, smirking slightly. He turned to the clerk, wondering if he would turn them in for being 'heroes'.
Maria found some zipties behind the counter and started tying the robbers hands and feet together with them. She glanced up at Luke, silently thanking god they could take the theives down before they had a chance to use their pistol. Letting her mind wander a bit. One of the men still wrapped in her shadows managed to get their arm free. He grabbed the pistol and shot at Maria. The shot hit her in the shoulder and she cried out as her shadows disappeared. He then turned the gun on Luke hitting him in the thigh.Matt jumped at the sound of gunshots and rushed toward the station in desperatoon to see if everyone was all right.
Luke turned towards then, hearing Maria's cry. "you bastard! I'll-" he yelped as he was also shoot. He turned to wind and flew at them, manifesting in front of the one with the gun and punching him hard. Luckily that knocked him out. He crumpled in front of them, gripping his leg. "Maria!" He turned to may when he burst in. "call a damn ambulance, she was shoot!" Obviously he was shoot too but he didn't seem to care.
