I am already halfway through the audiobook and am enjoying it a lot. If I were reading the book, I'm not sure I would have made it through the first 50 pages. The narration is really, really good and Drew's subtle transformation rings authentic.
I'm not sure what you thought of the book but right now it's working for me. Listening to a "player's" point of view is interesting.

I am so sorry Jonetta. I got this book confused with Taking Chances & Stealing Harper by Molly McAdams. I have Tangled too but haven't read it yet. I had a horrible experience with Taking Chances and Stealing Harper. The characters in these books went through such unnecessary emotional roller coaster rides. These books put me off reading for a while. I couldn't pick up a single book after reading these. Finally I read I've got your number book after checking your review and comments and THAT book got me reading again. Hope you enjoy Tangled! Will check your review before I start reading it. Enjoy

Oh, I'm glad you enjoyed I've Got Your Number! I can't remember when I've laughed so hard listening to a book.

Neither can I :) The book is a laugh riot! Thank you so much for suggesting that book in this discussion Jonetta!!!
Betty wrote: "I just finished Blue Dahlia by Nora Roberts. Not my favorite."I'm in the minority when it comes to this series. The Garden trilogy is my least favorite of Nora's work. I just couldn't get into the garden/flower/ghost stuff.
I didn't like the Garden trilogy at all either. They are the only NR books I purchased and promptly donated to Good Will after I read.
I'm finally reading Consequences. Have to say I'm just not digging this book. I'm on pg 103, so far it pretty boring and I'd like to smack both main characters and Catherine. Really hoping it gets better.

I just finished The Holiday Serenade by Ava Miles (see my review) and am starting Training Season by Leta Blake.

It's a good time to be starting The Night Huntress series as the last book in the main series is coming out at the end of this month. You'll be able to go from start to finish without waiting.

I know...I'm planning to go to Frost's book signing. That's why I'm pushing to get these read now. I've already read the two books about Vlad.

Today I will be starting
. I have been waiting for a long for this book. I went on the waiting list at the end of September and was 99 in line. I had already read the first two
and
and I am so excited about this book. I am also reading
which is one of my favorites.
I haven't started the Eve Duncan series. They must be worth a read if you waited so long to get them, Sheri.
I am almost as addicted to the Eve Duncan series as I am the in death series. It is a great series. I have read almost all of the iris johansen books
lol now don't get me wrong nothing compares to Eve and Roarke but I love the relationship between Eve Duncan and Joe Quinn as well.
Sheri, I've heard it was a good series. Just haven't been able to work it in yet.
I liked Dark Witch, Maggie.

I'm reading Love a Little Sideways by Shannon Stacey and am listening to Gunmetal Magic by Ilona Andrews. I had to pause listening to Tangled, which is crazy good, because the download was incomplete and the publisher's site is having issues. *sigh*
I decided to bite the bullet and jump into another series that friends have told me I must read.
. I was surprised to learn that it is suspense...I didn't realize it was a murder mystery with FBI guys.

I finished Love a Little Sideways by Shannon Stacey and enjoyed it. This is the 7th book in the Kowalski Family series.
I'm now reading Chance of Rain by Amber Lin.

I just finished reading
and just started
. I had steered away from in death for a while to read some of Iris Johansen but started to have my Eve and Roarke withdrawals so I am now back to in death

. I'm waiting to see what our Feb. book of the month will be!"Ooh a biker romance, I'm intrigued.
Yes...a very hot biker romance, Quynh! I had read the first one, Reaper's Property. So when this one came out yesterday, I decided to continue the series. Hot, alpha males - bossy, protective, controlling...typical but pretty good. At least the heroine is strong and stands up and demands what she wants in this one. I hate wimpy heroines.

Well these guys are definitely alpha males. They are much like those motorcycle guys in Kristen Ashley's books. I enjoyed both for what they are.
This is one of my favs, love the end, very exiting! Also love Zeke, he's so sweet, reminds me of Mr.Mira.

I've got this book, too. Reviews have been strong!

I'm about 1/4 way in...intriguing so far. I'm hopeful it's going to be a good one. I went into it without reading reviews.
I finished Red Rising by Pierce Brown, which was pretty incredible. If you liked The Hunger Games, you'll love this book. It's also Sci-Fi.
I'm now reading Country Heaven by Ava Miles. This might be her best one yet as I'm 15% in and really enjoying it.
