SOLVED. "red is the color the warm blood flows" [s]

Looking for the name of a YA horror book I read in 8th grade (mid 80s). Main character's family moves into an old house where a terrible tragedy occurred 100 years ago or so. Main character finds an old mirror and hangs it in her room. She begins to have bloody nightmares where she hears a song that goes "red, red as a rose, red is the color the warm blood flows." Turns out the terrible tragedy was the murder of an entire family by their teen daughter. Towns people chased the teen murderess and cornered her near a mirror where she disappeared. Her evil spirit is trying to haunt/possess the main character to continue her murderous rampage.

Are you sure that's the correct quote? I found this quote that sounds like it but I think it was just a 'for fun, random' quote someone said.

Pretty sure it is the correct quote. Found the same site you did but it appears to be for a video game.
