The default edition of a book (which is the one shown on the author page) is the most popular edition of the book. In the case of the books in #7 only 1 user has shelved the Swedish edition, while 2 have shelved the Ukranian translation. I did make update the original title field of the books to make sure it was the Swedish edition, though.
