INTRODUCE YOURSELF
My name is Ryan Troske. I am looking to get some reviews on my newly published novel, The Rising (Supernaturals book 1), and am offering free ebooks to those interested. Summary below.Ethan is just an ordinary teenage boy—infatuated with sports music and, of course, girls. Or so he thinks. In order to protect those he loves, he makes the difficult decision to leave and accepts an offer to attend specialized training along with other so called Supernaturals to gain command over his newfound gifts. Shortly after beginning his schooling, Ethan is sent on a mission to kidnap who he believes to be the enemy leader in a well concealed Supernaturals war. But the further he becomes embedded in this new world, the more he discovers things are not quite what they seem and doesn't know who can be trusted.
In this first installment of the Supernaturals series, Ethan discovers that super powers aren’t always so super, and is faced with difficult decisions that will not only affect his own life, but which may determine the life or death of his newfound companions and mentor.

Hello. I'm a science fiction author from Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada. I've been a fan of the genre since my youth but I read and write quite broadly. Before deciding to focus on science fiction I was published under the name G.J.C. McKitrick and, under that name, I have a novel out called "A Walk in the Thai Sun". I have a book to mention; Whom the Wanted Wickeds Rake on Kindle Scout. Under the recently added and science fiction section. Free to read the first chapter. It is about a world where genetic engineering became the biggest worldwide industry and people combined their DNA with animals, machines and even flowers but something went wrong with the technology and many people ended up deformed. Greetings...I came here as I'm a mostly unknown fantasy who author is trying to make myself known with my new fantasy novel Gorp: Goblin Janitor. I'm now in the process of writing my first Choose Your Own Adventure (CYOA) fantasy series and plan to have 8 completed books in the first run. 
Gorp the goblin is fleeing his lands in search of better employment. With only a cloth map to guide him, he sets out across the sea to secure work at Ye Olde Dungeon working for the sinister Dungeon Overlord Jamalin Spellslinger. Once there, along with a group of misfit monsters, Gorp is hired on as a janitor to clean up the messes left behind by the horde of fortune, glory, and treasure seeking adventurers. But all is not well within the dungeon as the Red Dragon has ideas and an agenda of his own.
CYOA - I've never tried that. Are you offering two paths at various plot points? I bet you end up doing a lot of writing to get the work finished! How do you handle keeping everything straight? Good luck

So, I'm just developing my own system as I go. What will be unique about my CYOA from most is that the very first choice you the reader must made in each of my books is to read as a
Female character or Male character. There will be some identical scenes, but depending on your specific gender, the world will react differently to you. I wanted my fantasy books to be enjoyed by both genders and those who identify with the opposite gender. So right off the bat, I'll be dealing with two major story clusters. I have a blog on my Author page here at GR, which I'll reveal more details on my writing process as I create this series....and thanks for the well wishing.

I'm Scott. I write high epic fantasy. I have self-published 3 novels and I'm making great headway on the 4th. I'm a regular at comic/geek cons throughout Colorado where I speak on panels about writing fantasy, self-publishing, and editing/revising.In my day job, I'm a digital marketer at a music software company.
I've been writing diligently for a number of years, mainly light fantasy set within historical fiction and some Sci-Fi. I recently self-published my first novel entitle "The Solutrean Arc" and have had a fairly exciting learning experience and I'm doing what I can to gain exposure for this project. It's about a time capsule constructed by a civilization wiped out by a natural disaster and the individuals who later find stumble across it. Mystery mixed with intrigue and a little adventure, it's a fun read but I'm still looking for new ways to get it noticed by more people.
