Monthly Group Read-In

I've seen this in another group and thought it's a great idea. I hope they don't mind us using it, since it's the best form of flattery.

I need everyone's help with suggestions to make this work.

Step one: We must vote on a genre.
Step two: Authors submit their books.
Step three: We vote on the books.
Step four: Winning author must supply free e-book copies of book.
Step Five: We read in a month. Open discussions. Author interview. And post reviews on major sites.

Doesn't it sound fun?
