they tell me I should avoid spicy and oily food for at least 3 months. Lets see what the doctor has to say.

I understand the oily but spicy would be hard. I have to avoid oily myself. Not an easy thing in the South where everyting is fried. LOL
yeah, our culture's known for spicy food, so.. :-D
