Fresh ground pepper: finely ground or "chunks"

Note for American members: Unicorn pepper mills are extraordinary, best I've ever used in the last 40ish years or so, after wasting $$ on Williams & Sonoma and via products at Amazon. Just a thought.

Well, milk to do wonders for my delicate skin, though with the cost of milk rising in the US these days I'm not sure I could afford to fill the tub. And would I have to use whole milk for the best results or would skim milk be okay?
