Wheat toast, but we have just white bread and brown bread, unless you shop with a proper baker, of which Ludlow boasts four who bake on the premises. Oh, and you have Swiss Cheese, which isn't, particularly as the Swiss produce all different kinds… but then, we have the infamous Swiss Roll, which the Swiss know nothing about, and we have "Indian" restaurants which are mostly Bangladeshi.
