This or That: Answer One/Ask One
Marcie wrote: "@rick, it was an easy one cus THOR! *sigh* Super-man Cold or hot?"Wait... What?
Hot?
Ant-Man or Ambush Bug?
(but Marrina was briefly married to Namor before she died. You're confusing me) ;-) THUNDERBIRDS Are GO!
F-A-B! :-D
UFO or Star Trek (the original series)?
I'd say stay at home, because everyone else will be rushing out of town. But then I'm watching my bones knit, so don't listen to me. ;-) Badly translated manga romance drivel or well produced American superhero garbage?
You mean "mobile" (UK) or "Handy" (Germany)"smart" phone (though I blame the international descent into imbecility on the things)
plain (ie, just simply salted) peanuts or flavored peanuts?
I think they're called "smart" phones because they're "smart" so the user doesn't have to engage their brain. Zombies are here. Unsalted peanuts
Walnuts or Chasews?
Depends what they are flavored with :) So on the safe side I'll go with plain.Umbrella or sunglasses?
The Pink Panther not even a question or doubtmobile version or desktop version (of any given website)
Older. I don't care if he is stuck in a wheelchair. Patrick Stewart. End of discussion. Adaptation of Dune: the movie or the mini-series?
I knew you'd pick that one :)The movie. It'll be quicker. Busy kids are busy. Don't have much time for tv.
Wolverine or Freddy Krueger?
Wolverine. You know it's really disturbing to have a nightmare about Freddy Krueger. O.o
The Executioner (War Against the Mafia) or The Punisher (The Punisher: Circle of Blood)?
Flavored peanutsSecret affair with (any) celebrity or Full blown paparazzi affair with James Franco?
Peanuts? O.oHrm? Secret affair with Ben Whishaw or paparazzi affair with James Franco? Tough decision... Ben Whishaw.
But I'm still wondering about: The Executioner or The Punisher? ;-)
I apologize for my friend Akhil. He got excited over the flavored peanuts. But in his defense, who wouldn't? ;)Not sure if I've seen the executioner. So I'll pick the punisher.
Days off at home: stay in your comfy clothes or get dressed in your casual clothes?
stay in my comfy clothes...I used to be a casual clothes person but then I went to college...Chinese food or Turkish cuisine ?
Marcie wrote: "Not sure if I've seen the executioner. So I'll pick the punisher." Basically the Punisher is a watered-down, comic book version of the Executioner. ;-)
Chinese food (but I'd rather Thai one on) ;-)
Pretzels or Chips?
Ah. I hate my GR browser sometimes. Didn't show me the latest options at all! Sorry for the chain break!Chips! I dont know if you get Uncle Chips there, but here they are MY LIFE
Foucault or Derrida?
Akhil wrote: "Ah. I hate my GR browser sometimes. Didn't show me the latest options at all! Sorry for the chain break!" No problemo, it was just such a surprise it caught me off guard. ;-)
Roger, I'm not a beer drinking. This swill they call beer in the US is disgusting. Maybe in the UK I could find something consumable that's called beer, but not here in the colonies. Oh, wait, did I just date myself again?
Ah, wine. Always wine.
Curries: Hotter than Hell or Mildly Interesting?
Hotter than Hell (Vindalooooooo)I'm not a beer drinker either, hate UK bitter, but I have had some drinkable US micro-brewery beers, like an Indiana Pale Ale.
Peppers: Scotch Bonnet or Thai Birdseye?
Can green & red be an option? Ok. I'll pick the one that has green.Reading at night: book light or lamp/light?
Me too. Green's my fav, red is next. So I'd pick Green & Red, but I was trying to mix it up on purpose. Naughty little me. ;) Lamp/light. I have a bridge that goes over the head of my bed that has reading lights in it. The bulbs I've got in there right now are just a bit too bright. I need to go a tad softer next time I get new bulbs.
