Re 662: We do not delete out-of-print books. And it looks like those are parts 1-4, and need to be separated and the series fixed. Edit: Done.

Re 663: We avoid deleting editions of books with open giveaways, as it can mess things up.

Should it be merged with volume 1 or was it once (officially) sold in its entirety? Can't really find any evidence of the latter...

Also - a reminder - if editions should be merged into particular editions (a partial ISBN is present - or it is a ebook or audiobook or whatever) it is helpful to have the two editions separated, and ready to be merged.
