Alisa We were just talking about The Restorer (Graveyard Queen, #1) by Amanda Stevens The Kingdom (Graveyard Queen, #2) by Amanda Stevens The Prophet (Graveyard Queen, #3) by Amanda Stevens being made into a TV series. Are there any series that you would like to see be made into a movie or a TV series? If so which ones and why?

Karena (karenafagan) Kelley Armstrong's Women of the Otherworld is also being made into a series on Canadian television. I know Elena will be the focus. Not sure if the other ladies will be making any appearances. I hope it doesn't take long to get to US TV.

Stephanie (StephsBookRetreat) | 29 comments Lora Leigh's THE BREEDS series. Have to be on HBO though. Lots of sex and a strong plot line; you would cry, laugh and love the sexy breed men ;-)

Stephanie Bolen (jadeaaustin) I agree witht the Breeds, but I'd like to see J.R. Ward's BDB series on screen, small or silver. And Simon R. Green's Nightside series.

Thethriftybooklady (readingdiva8511) | 109 comments I would love for The Hallows by Kim Harrison to be come a t.v. series as long as they didn't edit too much especially the character Jenks. If they are going to edit too much than I'd rather they did not even bother.

Squeee! This is the first I heard of this. V Exciting. Love Elena/Clay and those are the books I re-read and re-listen to on audiobook most often. Glad I checked in with this group! :)

Vic (vicaet) | 14 comments I thought Dresden Files should have been given a bit more time to mature on SyFy as I thought it was decent and getting better when it was pulled.

This is a hard question as some of my favorites series would be a challenge in terms of special effects and what not. I think series with shape shifters will be difficult (tho, holding out hope for the Kelley Armstrong series) because of the effects and visuals. There's a balance of "hint and things happening off screen" to offset the cost of the special effects. If they try to do too much and spread budget out, then the effects are most likely going to suck.

BtVS did a decent job on some monsters but the werewolf was a bit - meh. But then that was - gosh - like over 10 years ago.

The Patricia Briggs Mercy Thompson/Alpha & Omega series (set in same world) would be interesting with the whole political climate on recognizing the different creatures.

I love the Kate Daniels series but not sure that would be able to overcome the scenes I have take place in my head when reading.

New Anne Bishop The Others series would be pretty interesting.

Kassie Hocking | 10 comments Without a doubt the Black Dagger Brotherhood - JR Ward. I love the way she writes and the pop culture references.

It would be great if they stayed true to the books. If they went all crazy & messed with the plot like they did w/Sookie Stackhouse/True Blood I would be MAD!!

Lisarenee | 2046 comments I like to see Ilona Andrews's Kate Danie's series and Nalini Singh's Guild Hunter and Psy/Changeling series become TV series.

Michelle (quill_n_ink) | 29 comments I'd love to see Dominion and A Hidden Fire. Currently my favorites. So many great characters from both series that I'd love to see come to life. And the flashbacks would be awesome!

I haven't heard of either. I may need to look into them.

Oh, I hope you like them! Both series have a great back story told throughout the books. And they have some of my favorite characters, including some that are pure evil and I love to hate them.
