Definitely agree! She needed a bit more frizz.

So pleased someone else out there agrees with me! I guess they had to consider the aesthetic value when it came to the movies.

Overall, I found the character growth in the Harry Potter books great. The characters aren't static, and that's really important in a series of this length. The plotlines were wonderful, the descriptions fantastic, and the action very involving.

My favourite book is beyond a doubt Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. I love the Triwizard Tournament, and all of the challenges they have to go through. I think the most exciting one for me is the Mermaid Challenge.

MY favourite character would have to be Professor McGonagall. She is amazingly witty and so fair in her dealings with the students at Hogwarts.

My favourite movie would have to be "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban." I think Gary Oldman was a wonderful Sirius Black, and I love Remus Lupin!

It's mine too. I think it's a lot more exciting, has some really exciting new characters and we see a lot more character development from Harry, Ron and Hermione.

Kajal I LOVE HP. I thought the first book was the best, followed by the last 2. I loved the first three movies. I think what makes it a wonderful series is the world building and how detailed everything is. The characters, the plot, the humour and especially the friendship!

Valkyrie Cain | 2 comments How do you choose between all the harry potter books? Each is as good as the other.

Shana Wolfe | 38 comments I LOVE all the HP books. The books to me far out weigh the movies. That is ok as I loved the movies as well but unfortunately so much was left out so reading the books before and knowing the context helped me enjoy the movies.

My fave books are 1,4 and 7. Wonderful character development and storylines.

Movies: Has to be the last two: Deathly Hallows 1 and 2.

Character: Toss up between Snape (his complexity and yet his truly simple reasoning) and Harry of course...his growth and all he had to come to grips with, which btw would not have happened if he hadn't has the Ron and Hermoine.

Benjamin Lund (benlund2000) | 33 comments 4th book is the best, most character and story development.
Characters? Fred, George, Remis Lupin and Sirius Black.
Movies 7 and 7.5 rely on acting more than anything.
