Hi everyone. I'm Katy and I love YA novels. I'm no longer a teen, but I find this genre has the most breath-taking, imaginative and vibrant books.

Favourite authors at present are Imogen Howson (Linked and Unravel) and Rachel Ward (Numbers series, The Drowing, and Water Born). I'm happy to try anything, but fantasy, speculative and sci fi are most likely to attract my attention - and I always love romance in my books.

Just so you know, I also write YA. My first novel, The Last Gatekeeper, is with its editor at the moment and will be self-pubbed later this year. I promise not to spam about it, but I will let the group know (in the right folder, I hope!) about giveaways, etc.

Hello! I'm a YA fan from Canada. Some of my YA favourites include Poison by Chris Wooding, anything by Tamora Pierce, Unwind by Neal Shusterman, and On the Jellicoe Road by Melina Marchetta. I prefer fantasy, sci-fi, and historical genres.
I've read YA for quite a few years now so I'm more picky with my selections but I'm looking forward to finding new reads and friends :)
