Which SK book are you reading right now?
My sister read the Dark-Hunter series and then proceeded to talk about it incessantly until i agreed to read them... she gave me Acheron to read first (so of course having no idea i read it in 2 days) and i LOVED IT!!! then for the next 4 months i read from the beginning with Fantasy Lover and i have now managed to work my way back to Acheron again...Sherrilyn Kenyon is a literary genius and i love my big sis for forcing me to read her works :P so i knew everything about Acheron before i was meant too, but it didnt ruin the series for me....not in the slightest :) so im on Acheron and can't wait to finish :D
LOL, thats great Amber.I finished Unlease the Night and started reading Dragonswan - short story - I think I was suppose to read that earlier at the beginning of the series but thats ok I am reading it now.
I just found out that Fury's short story is in Dead After Dark Analogy so I found it and downloaded it.
After I read those two short stories i will move on to Dark side of the Moon.
the short stories are AMAZING! i love fury :) dark side of the mooon is one of my faves!
Not really loving Wulf's book :( but I'll get through it to get to Vane!!! I feel like I haven't even made a dent in her stories!
just finished Vane's book a few days ago it was great, now I need to start Sieze the night. YAYE! But it will be in a bit.

Yeah I have the paper back and it's like a book and half in size compared to the others. I have 5 more books to read to get there, I can't read out of order.
I have started reading it yet but the next one I will be reading is

Dark Side of the Moon today and it is good so far.I didn't get much reading done this evening, I had to take a break to watch the new episode of True Blood on HBO - LOL

Seize the night DEFINITELY takes a turn with the DH plot, as does One Silent Night. What's really awesome is, when you finish the DH series, starting the Chronicles of Nick series (Infinity) makes it even more insanely fun!

Hey Stephanie, read Fear the Darknessnow, it is a short story (80 pges or less depending on what kind of format you have) about Nick but it is a teaser of what is to come. I was in shock too about Nick.

Absolutely, it is! But I do recommend you get caught up with the DH series before starting Infinity (book one of Chronicles of Nick). Even though it's YA, I promise that it is still classic Sherri- her one liners, action, drama, paranormal spins- everything is still typical Kenyon writing. There will be 10 books in the series, each one chronicling one year of Nick's life up until the time line of Night Pleasures. It starts when he is 14 years old and begins pretty much the day he meets Kyrian for the first time.
There's a ton of surprises and interesting facets to Infinity, and the series will no doubt be awesome! I loved Infinity personally, and can't wait for Invisible, which comes out next year I think.

Devil May Cry - Wow 5 more books to go to finish up the series until the next book comes out. I think it has taken me almost 2 months to read all 28 of these stories - that count includes all the short stories.This series is definitly one of my top favorites.
Fear of the Darkness comes after Dark Side of the Moon.There is also a handy reading order thread here.
First started reading with "Night Play" Vane's story. I quickly backed it up and started from the beginning. I caught up about the time the dream hunter series came out and had to do the nail biting and book re reads until the next one. My daughter keeps right up with me and several of my friends. We get together and play the multiple question game on her website into the wee hours. I love this series. I love all her books.
I want to start the chronicles of Nick series but I'm confused... is there a series that comes before that one? I am very OCD about these things... I NEED to start from the beginning so where should I start? Which book?
Tricky... CON technically start when Nick is 14 and he starts working for Kyrian... HOWEVER, some of the information you get in that first CON book, you don't really get until at least after Dream Warriors.. so in that way they are a prequel of sorts to the DH series, but they are better read after you're caught up with the DH series... I hope that makes some sense...

is one of my Kenyon favs! I love Bri and her yummy hunk! Also, Sherri Kenyon is one of my fav authors and fav people I have ever met!! She really loves and appreciates her fans!!!

once I get back to her books, right now I'm in a challenge and it's not one of my books. but I am also in a series challenge and it is in that. So it will get read soon enough. But I can read a couple of the DH books, but then need a break to something else so it all works out.
Reading Arik's book and not loving it so far.....hope it gets better.
Ive been trying to find Darkness WithinbySherrilyn Kenyonbut its not available here in Canada...can I get it somewhere else..does anyone know?
Darkness Within hasn't been released yet. The release date has been pushed back several times. The current release date, though, is January 23, 2011. I don't know when it will be released in Canada, but I would assume it should be on that date, as well. Hope that helps, Sandi :).

I read every single book series by Sherri, so it kills me whenever one of the books get pushed back. But, even still, I appreciate how Sherri is adamant that she will only write to her absolute best, even if it means a release date gets pushed back. Better to wait, I suppose, for an awesome story than get it quicker and the book turn out to be crap! :)

So true ..I just find Canada sometimes wont get a certain book..publisher problems? and I find it out threw a US book order place! ggrrr! cant have a book missing from the series!

Oh I am the same way I can't have books missing from a series, I may get certain books from the library, and I may buy them out of order at times, but I always have to make my collection complete at some point.
AND what I love about this group is it has "IN READING ORDER" of her books..thats a big help for newbies to this author..or if you yourself need to re-check your list..2-thumbs up to the Mod!
Thanks Sandi. It's not complete and I haven't gotten to all the series yet, if I had more hours in the day I'd be unstoppable!
I'm in definite agreement with Sandi! The In Reading Order for the Dark-Hunter books has been SO helpful! Primarily, it's been the order of the anthologies which has helped me so much, since everywhere else it seems the full length novels are listed in order separately from the shorts. Awesome work :).

@ Stephanie, I loved Wulf's story (Vane). I never read any were-wolf stories, just vampire stories and after reading Vane's, OMG I want a wolf! LOL, I wish a wolf would come bite my husband and turn him into a wolf, a big white one at that - LOL Just kidding.
I started Unleash the Night last night and its about Wren - the white tiger that has the monkey. I'm only like 30 pages into it but it looks like it will be interesting.
