Az (أسماء) | 348 comments I'm not a fan of raisins either. Have u tried cereal w/ dates and honey??

Sleep?? U wake up to only go back to dream land!? xD

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments What's up??

message 303: by Az (أسماء) (new)

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments Well that really does sound serious!
I don't mind bugs. Haha I hate it when people kill them, but I'm not like a bug lover though : )

Hmmm do u read Vampier-related stories? Or u r just in a mood for dystopian?

message 304: by Tracy (new)

Tracy | 97 comments Oh, sometimes I wish I had nothing to read!! lol I have too many books sitting in my "queue" and I'm supposed to be writing a novel (sequel) right now! What are you in the mood for?? I can offer a gazillion suggestions!

message 305: by Az (أسماء) (new)

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments Hahahaha. When u said murder I got a few Hannibal-related images!!

Well idk, but one of my favorite series' is like vampires in a dystopian world...it's pretty cool and I really liked it. The characters r awesome.

It's The Captive Series by Erica Stevens. With Capture being book 1. Check it out and decided for yourself. It might not be ur thing or it might be what ur looking for : )

message 306: by Az (أسماء) (new)

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments Nope it's in 4 days : )

message 307: by Tracy (new)

Tracy | 97 comments Here's a few of my faves... (minor romance in all of them)
The Hunt (The Hunt, #1) by Andrew Fukuda and The Prey (The Hunt, #2) by Andrew Fukuda

The Immortal Rules (Blood of Eden, #1) by Julie Kagawa and sequel The Eternity Cure (Blood of Eden, #2) by Julie Kagawa

message 308: by Tracy (new)

Tracy | 97 comments Both series deal with vampires/zombies. Maybe you've already read them?

message 309: by Tracy (new)

Tracy | 97 comments I recently finished Outpost (Razorland, #2) by Ann Aguirre and it was really good. Dark and creepy. Of course it's the sequel to Enclave which is pretty good for the most part.

message 310: by Az (أسماء) (new)

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments Well I just read Hope's daughter like two days ago. It's a dystopian w/ no vampires, but it's slow paced so idk if u like those or not...

Then there's Graceling a top favorite of mine. It's kinda of historical fantasy and its anything but slow and boring, it's thrilling and witty so maybe give it a check too : )

message 311: by Tracy (last edited Aug 13, 2013 03:04PM) (new)

Tracy | 97 comments Okay, no vamps? How about the Maze Runner series? Also, the Lorien Legacies series (I am Number Four). Those are pretty fast paced. Oh, oh! This one is good too,
The Name of the Wind (The Kingkiller Chronicle, #1) by Patrick Rothfuss

Tracy | 97 comments Amelia wrote: "I read both of them as well, but wasn't very swept away :P Was a bit boring tbh. I still want to read Horde too though.

PS: Fade is a whipped, whining sissy."

LOL, yeah...

message 313: by Az (أسماء) (new)

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments I just checked out The Immortal Rules and at first I was like "oh this is good why isn't it in my "to-read" list?" Then I got to where it said she turns into a vampire and I changed my mind.

But Tracy does she turn back into a human or no??

message 314: by Heather (new)

Heather DeChaume | 46 comments Have you read Pure by Julianna Baggott? I read it a few weeks ago and I thought it was good. No vamps or zombies.

message 315: by Az (أسماء) (new)

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments @Amelia u HAVE to read TID! It's way better than TMI! And u wouldn't miss Bane! Haha he's in both : )

message 316: by Tracy (new)

Tracy | 97 comments Amelia wrote: "I'm picky, I know! Thanks though. I'll check all of them out. I was thinking of reading graceling, but the title sounded lame. I guess I'll give it a try anyhow. XD

Maybe I'll also read the infern..."

I really liked TMI. I LOVED TID. And maybe you've already heard this, but several of the characters in both series are quite similar. And most people I've talked to liked TID better than TMI. So it's worth a read!!

You know, I was a little creeped out by that fact before I read it. But my friend said it was awesome, and she's not really into too much creepiness, so I read it. Yes, she turns, but it's so interesting to read her story from her perspective! It's kind of like taking "Twilight" and turning it inside out and making it 10 times better. (Well, the MC is way tougher than Bella!! Which I realize isn't that hard, lol) But when I say Twilight, I DON'T mean the romance stuff, sure there's some romance in this, but not much, but it's just so intense reading about this girl's experience being a new vampire, I couldn't put it down!! And I won't spoil anything about her staying or not staying a vampire!

message 318: by Tracy (new)

Tracy | 97 comments Yeah, in "I am Number Four", there's the love interest, but in the other books in the series, there isn't much romance, just lots of suspense since there's all these young people (the different "numbers") running from the Mogodorians (sp). Did you see the movie?

message 319: by Az (أسماء) (new)

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments @Tarcy, well okay then. U made it sound mind blowing! I never thought of how she'll tell things after turning but now that u mention it? It does sound interesting!

Haha anyone could be better then Bella, ur right.

Thx!

message 320: by Tracy (new)

Tracy | 97 comments I didn't like Stalker at first, cuz yeah, total creep, but somehow he turned out to be this nice yet tormented guy. I mean, who DOESN'T have issues right??

Geez, I may have to read TMI series again, I've forgotten a lot of it! I remember some crazy stuff happened though.

Tracy | 97 comments Heather wrote: "Have you read Pure by Julianna Baggott? I read it a few weeks ago and I thought it was good. No vamps or zombies."

Oh yeah, Pure's good. Very different! I have yet to read Fuse. (Sitting on my shelf, all 5000 pages of it, lol) I'm reading the Uglies series right now...

message 323: by Az (أسماء) (new)

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments She made a book list!! Woot woot xD!

I felt soooo bad for Sebastian until! He turned out like little old papa!! I thought he'd want revenge and try to make things work w/ his mother and Clary but man his switch is flipped!

I like Alec too! He's funny! And tries his best to keep the young ones outta trouble, but what he did at the end?? Made me angry but also broke my heart :"(

message 324: by Az (أسماء) (new)

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments Hahaha I kinda felt for Alec though. I mean its kinda devastating when think about it from his point of view, but still he had no right either way.

I think I might be one of the few people (if any at all) who like Camille. I really like her character and she's also in TID and she did some good things back then and kinda grew on me (plus she's funny) and I HOPE she's not dead!! But I gotta feeling she is.

message 325: by Az (أسماء) (new)

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments Hahahahahahaha I just hope u didn't cut yourself!

It's 2:38am here and looks like ill be up for a while too.

Good morning : )!

message 326: by Az (أسماء) (new)

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments I'm hungry too! Even though I ate like 5 hours ago!

I always find the most bazaar and unworthy news on yahoo. But there's always something important, interesting, or even sweet/happy on their news panel!

message 327: by Az (أسماء) (new)

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments Hahahahaha ill check them out! Thx

Im mostly on Tumblr b/c I can control what pops up and what I want to see : )

message 328: by Az (أسماء) (new)

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments So not true!!!!! U only get what u want on tumblr!! U choose what comes across ur dashboard. U have more control than u do in any other site!

*okay clam down!* sorry haha I just don't get it when ppl say that. Tumblr is what u make it to be : ) (that's sounds deeper than it should be) xP

message 329: by Az (أسماء) (new)

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments I have stumbleupon the app but never really use. Only when I want poems. And there's also Pinterest. It's fun but I don't go on there a lot either, just if I want to look at tattoos, rings, and hair dos.

Tumblr is fun b/c that's where all the fandoms usually are x D

I'm gonna try to sleep, so good night from my side : )

message 346: by Az (أسماء) (new)

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments I so wanna go and see it, but gotta a lil problem with movie theaters.....so that sucks! Gotta wait till its on redbox.

message 347: by Tracy (new)

Tracy | 97 comments I walk every morning for an hour because I hate running. And I get some reading in too!

message 348: by Heather (new)

Heather DeChaume | 46 comments I don't plan on seeing it unless it's at the drive in with another movie that I want to see.

I don't work out very often but I am active. I used to be real good at it but then life went crazy. I'm hoping in the next week or so I can start squeezing in time to go to the gym. My legs are actually sore today from doing stuff out in the yard yesterday.

message 349: by Az (أسماء) (new)

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments Haha Amelia, wonderful advance!xP
After a while your body becomes able to sustain the pain so don't stop it's just the beginning xD

message 350: by Az (أسماء) (new)

Az (أسماء) | 348 comments Hahahahaha boxing sounds fun! But how on earth is running not satisfying?? Lol

Hmm..sure I don't mind. I mean I still didn't read the books but saw the 1st movie and I liked it and read about Rick and I think he's a thoughtful cool guy. So if you don't like him I think that's fine and you can "rant" about that, I mean I just talked about what I think of him. So I think it's cool xD

Ps Why don't like his books/ or him?
