Diesel 10 hung on for dear life, but he knew he wouldn't be able to hold on for much longer. "Annie," he whimpered. "Help me."
"Go get help. Please, hurry."
Diesel, out of all those diesels, heard her. He purred towards her and stopped in front of her. "Now what happened?"
"You mean the Boss is...." Diesel forgot his sly behavior. "Jump in," he said hurriedly.
Diesel began to rush towards the bridge.
But Diesel 10 found that he couldn't hold on any longer. The railing fell, and Diesel 10 fell, plunging to his doom, yelling in fright. But to his great relief, he did not fall into the water. He instead fell onto a barge, a small ship filled with sludge. The boat carried him far away from the collapsed bridge, though, so when Diesel rushed to the scene of the disaster, Diesel 10 was nowhere to be seen.

Diesel was in shock. "He's...gone. He's gone for good." He thought that Diesel 10 had fallen into the water and died.
Arry and Bert just happened to overhear everything, and they were close by. They sadly rolled up behind Diesel, tears visibly streaming down their cheeks.
"I wouldn't," Diesel cautioned.
"We'll try to find him ourselves, if there's still a chance," Arry and Bert said.

Arry and Bert caught a flash of yellow far away. "Wait. There's yellow in the distance. It looks like an engine."
"Far out somewhere by the lake."
"Go ahead and hop in," Arry said.
The other diesels were already on their way.
The other diesels were already on their way.
Arry followed the other diesels quickly. They soon arrived in an area by the lake. Sure enough, there was something big and yellow in a boat, but it was hard to see exactly who it was because there were trees and bushes in the way.
It was Diesel 10 that was in the boat. He didn't notice Annie at first. He was too busy thinking about how thankful he was that he had survived.
Diesel 10 was crying. "Annie?" he whimpered happily, suddenly noticing her.
Tears flowed down Diesel 10's cheeks. "I thought I was gonna die..."
Diesel 10 closed his eyes, more tears flowing, but he tried not to cry. He hugged her back with his claw.
Diesel 10 smiled. "How will you do that?"
Diesel 10 just smiled again, still hugging her with his claw.
The diesels came as close as they could. "Boss!"
Diesel 10 cleared his throat in an attempt to act tough and act like he had not been crying. "All right, you three, where's my help from you?"
"Right here, Boss." There were cranes and workmen there and ready to go.

"Right here, Boss." There were cranes and workmen there and ready to go.
The workmen got the cranes situated underneath and around Diesel 10, and then the cranes began to lift him up into the air. Diesel 10 laughed at the thrill of it before he was placed back onto the tracks.
Diesel 10 didn't notice her leave, but he did notice later that she was gone.
Diesel 10 started forwards into the forest and began to go after her and look for her.
Diesel 10 went in deeper, but he didn't see her so far.
Diesel 10 went on before catching a glimpse of her far away.
"Annie?" Diesel 10 called out.
