I've been watching this thread for a little while. It seems like you guys are all very active, hardworking authors who are dedicated to doing whatever it takes to ensure the success of your work. I admire that.

My book, Watermarked, has been out for a little while now, and things have started to stagnate. I'm hoping that some reviews might ignite some interest. As I'm also intensely in favor of helping other authors, I'd love to participate in some review swaps with all of you.

I've decided to make my own post instead of responding to some of the previous ones for a few reasons:

-Watermarked is on the long side. Like 600 pages long. That's a bit of a commitment, so I like to say that outright before anyone volunteers to read it.

-My work is primarily literary fiction, which seems to be a dying art. There is a little romance thrown in, but if you're looking for something that plays to genre, this is not it.

-I am a fast reader. If I engage in a review swap with you, I will dedicate my time and efforts to reading and reviewing your book in a timely manner.

-Lastly (and I feel this is the most important thing to state), I will be bluntly honest. If I think your book sucks, I will say so. Of course, I will do this in a respectful, helpful manner. I understand that we're all here to promote our books and that five star reviews accomplish that, but I can't attach my name to something I don't believe in. I'd expect the person reviewing my book to adhere to the same standards of honesty and integrity.
