What's all this drama surrounding the author? I read some of the reviews for this book, and they mentioned something about the author being disrespectful...?

People have been giving the book a one star without actually reading it. One reviewer was a little ruder than the others so the author and her editor or publisher(can't remember which) were calling the person a bitch. Not very classy.
