Becky (booklovingcoffeeaddict) | 4889 comments I am in the middle of 2 fabulous books. When one gets to intense I just switch back and forth - wow!

Crushing by Elena Dillon and The Eternity Cure (Blood of Eden, #2) by Julie Kagawa .

SOOO GOOOD!

message 2152: by Mehsi (new)

Mehsi Finished with: Vegan, Virgin, Valentine and My Hime manga series.

Now continuing with reading: Deceived by Julie Anne Lindsey

After that: Get Well Soon by Julie Halpern

message 2153: by Mehsi (new)

Mehsi Will continue with Deceived slowly. Tomorrow will read another few pages.

Now about 25% in Get Well Soon by Julie Halpern (absolutely great book)

After that I will probably continue with The Enemy series and read book 2: The Dead (The Enemy #2) by Charlie Higson

message 2154: by Mehsi (new)

Mehsi Almost done with Get well soon (didn't have much time to read though).

These 2 came in today, so when I am done with Get well Soon I will read: Zom-B Angels by Darren Shan and Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon, Vol. 12 (Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon Renewal Editions, #12) by Naoko Takeuchi

Trey | 253 comments I know this has nothing to do with this thread and I'm sorry about this but for any Glee fans out there.. Cory Moniteith, who played Finn, was found dead earlier today.

message 2162: by Mehsi (new)

Mehsi Trying out: Identity Theft by Anna Davies and Towering by Alex Flinn

message 2163: by Kellie (new)

Kellie (kelliesbookvenue) | 120 comments I am currently reading For One More Day by Mitch Albom The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank Homecoming (Tillerman Cycle, #1) by Cynthia Voigt Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks The Moon and More by Sarah Dessen

I'm at the beginning of all of the books, right now I feel like Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks is the most fast paced out of all of them.

I've heard, oh my god it's so sad. I'm not the biggest fan of Glee but there's just something about him that made me almost cry when I heard about his death. Are you a big glee fan?

message 2165: by Mehsi (last edited Jul 14, 2013 02:07AM) (new)

Mehsi Let's keep the Glee talk to the General chat thread shall we? I can understand it is horrible, but this is not the thread for it.

It will be very confusing for other people who come here for currently reading books and such and find out it isn't about that.

message 2166: by Mehsi (new)

Mehsi Anyways: Identity theft, I dropped it. The main character was just too stuck up and bleh.

Now trying out: Towering by Alex Flinn

I'm so shocked right now! He was such a great actor :(

message 2168: by Mehsi (new)

Mehsi Didn't read much today (actually almost nothing), but in 2 hours I am off to bed, so I will have some time to read then.

So far this book is good: Towering by Alex Flinn

message 2169: by Becky (new)

Becky (booklovingcoffeeaddict) | 4889 comments Yesterday I read Anna and the French Kiss (Anna and the French Kiss, #1) by Stephanie Perkins in one sitting, lol. I didn't have internet where i was so i couldn't post about it, lol. But it was very cute. I liked it a LOT.

Now i'm finishing up The Eternity Cure (Blood of Eden, #2) by Julie Kagawa and i love it but it is VERY intense and I keep having to take breathing breaks. LOL.

Tomorrow I'll be starting Insomnia (The Night Walkers, #1) by J.R. Johansson to work on challenge #5 and it looks really interesting.

Happy Reading.

Daniela (Lost in a Book Blog) (daniela-lostinabookblog) Just finished City of Lost Souls (The Mortal Instruments, #5) by Cassandra Clare , and I'm still reading The Sea of Tranquility by Katja Millay :)

message 2172: by Daphne (new)

Daphne Q | 134 comments Just finished "That Summer" by Sarah Dessen... here's my three-star review...

I agree with other reviewers who said this book was OK. It does seem like a first novel (which it is) and Sarah Dessen's later books are better. Haven is a potentially good character, but the story moves along a little show and she does that many significant things. Like I said, it's OK. A pleasant read but nothing that sticks with you.

Lisa | 159 comments I finished The Eternity Cure (Blood of Eden, #2) by Julie Kagawa great book, would highly recommend it, got to write my review though.

I am being kinda slow in reading City of Bones (The Mortal Instruments, #1) by Cassandra Clare so maybe I will get done with it soon.

And I brought Blood Red Road (Dust Lands, #1) by Moira Young to finish, but I got to say...whoever thought no punctuation was a good format should be shot.
