Was the first book good?

message 1404: by Gisbelle (new)

Gisbelle | 25787 comments Book 1 was ok. The first half was good and the second half was a bit slow, but still good enough. I rated it 4 stars and 2 stars each for book 2 & 3.

I'm almost done! I just have about 45 pages left, so should finish it tonight. It's pretty good. Kind of predictable in spots, but I'm still enjoying it for the most part. I've been told its really similar to Slammed, but I still have to read that. :)

I agree! It was kind of awkward and I thought it was a little too predictable for my taste. I gave it 3*. It just seemed like the relationship was too fast too.

message 1443: by Vicki (new)

Vicki (goodreadscomboobooper49) | 31156 comments @Becky: I have until Sunday for that one. LOL

@Trisha: YOU could do it, but ME? LOL Yeah, if my husband would work 24/7 and my kids and grandkids didn't want to go to movies or text me for different things. LOL But I'm not complaining. My family IS more important than finishing a book.

OH...and did I mention that I also have some Net Galley books that expire Friday. Guess I'm "behinder" than I thought. LOL

Thanks for the vote of confidence girls. I'll let you know how goes it when Friday night arrives. My husband is off tomorrow and Friday. Saturday we pack for vacation. Guess I need some finger crossing! LOL
