Gisbelle | 25787 comments Finished Roomies by Sara Zarr (4*)
it was a nice contemporary. Great characters and surprisingly good storyline.

Resume Falls the Shadow by Stefanie Gaither ... hope to finish it by Monday 'cause I might not have time to read tomorrow.

Katherine | 2740 comments Gisbelle wrote: "Hope you enjoy this one more, Katherine. I've never been able to read books in the same series in a row, unless it's crazy good. :)"

It's not that it's a bad series, it's just that nothing really dramatic happened until the last 20 pages or so. And yeah, I'm weird like that, marathoning series ;)

Gina's (ginasgoodreads) Angie wrote: "City of Ashes (The Mortal Instruments, #2) by Cassandra Clare =D"

How much are you liking it so far??

message 5031: by Gisbelle (new)

Gisbelle | 25787 comments Katherine, I don't think you are weird :) It's pretty awesome you are this committing to the series :D Besides, this might be a good idea to read the series this way so that you won't forget about that had happened in the previous book when you start the next installment.

That's exactly the reason why I marathon. I'm so forgetful that if I don't pick up the next book, I'll never get around to it and when I do, I forget what the heck happened!! ;)

Forbidden by Tabitha Suzuma sounds good. I'm not that far into it yet so I can't give you a definite answer. Right now I feel like the book is building itself up and things are getting tenser. Like things are slowly going to crack until it explodes. But that's just me guessing at this point. I've enjoyed it so far.

i wanted to read flawed too and also Love's Forbidden Flower (Forbidden Flower, #1) by Diane Rinella but i am not sure if those books will be as light and good as forbidden.

message 5040: by Mehsi (new)

Mehsi De Griezelbus 3 by Paul van Loon and when I have time I hope to read some English books too.

message 5041: by Cheyenne (new)

Cheyenne | 565 comments G.K. Moore and Veronica -

I'm interested in seeing the difference in the relationships in Flawed, Forbidden and Love's Forbidden Flower.

However it may sound, I can't help but love a tragic story. There's just something...beautiful about them? Tragedies always makes me get emotionally invested, even if only a little.
