Evangelism and the Sovereignty of God (Packer) has been excellent, and at 126 very small pages, it's an easy addition for any month of reading.

I'd be up for reading that. Packer is good. Although we are already reading a Packer book (Knowing God) next month right?

I'd like to read Pilgrims Progress.

I haven't read the some of the historic creeds and confessions of the reformed faith. I'd like to read the Belgic Confession, the Canons of Dort, or the Heidelberg Catechism.

G.I. Williamson has a series on the Heidelberg and the Westminster for study classes. You can search him by name and see what you find.
