I think there was a sequel to this book as well.

A group of teens work at a club. I only remember two characters: Michael and Judy.

I can't really describe the book without giving away the ending so beware of spoilers!

At the end of the book, Michael was put into a psych ward, I think.

Some friends go to see him and he communicates to his friends that Judy was behind the murders and tells them that his tire iron is missing.
