"I just added your first 3 nominations to my TBR list. The 4th is too intense for me. Prisoner of Night and Fog is not Contemporary, since it takes place in the 30's. However, it sounds really good and unique. Both of the books are out and Scribd has the audio version!
Can I nominate Dark Confessions of an Extraordinary, Ordinary Woman? I truly believe it's a contemporary YA novel that everyone should read.
I've been dying to read "Don't Look Back", so I second that nomination!
