I've lost authorship of a book - can someone help?

Hi there - I've only just joined and I've managed to mess up already!

I am an author with the name David Charles - quite common. I had four spaces between the David and the Charles, which I didn't realise was to disambiguate myself from the other David Charleses. So I removed them and have since lost my book - The Soles of My Shoes

Could someone please change the author of that book back to me? The author should be "David Charles"
