SOLVED. Girl lives in a community where polygamy is allow [s]

I've read this book around 2009--2010 ish I think. It was about a girl that lived in a community where they were married to older man that had already wives. The tittle had like sister wife or something. There is also a girl from the outside. The protagonist falls for one of the boys but it's not allow bc he's young. I'm pretty sure they built "statues " with rocks around the river bed. Please help
